The regular refrain these days is that it's hard to find qualified brake operators. So how do you elevate the skills of your current operators? And how do retain your operators in general? An excellent method is to provide on-the-job training that teaches the fundamentals of forming sheet metal.

Step 1: We discuss your specific needs and develop a plan. This can usually be accomplished in one meeting .
Step 2: We schedule the training at your facility based on a time that is convenient for you. The length of the training can be as short as a few hours or can be multiple sessions spread out over time.
Step 3: We conduct press brake training using your material and equipment.
Step 4: We assess the proficiency of your operators and provide a report. We also suggest other opportunities for improvement.
